CONGRATULATIONS…to the Boys Cross Country team! South Jersey Group 3 Champions! Yes, the Boys Cross Country team upset favored Ocean City and Lacey to win the South Jersey championship on Saturday. The team was led by Tom Cooke, who passed 4 favored runners in the end to win the race, to become Kingsway's 3rd boys South Jersey individual champion in school history. Ryan Magnus finished in 7th to earn an individual invitation to the state championships. Freshman Noah Culbreath, Joey Pickett, Derrell Manhertz, Jay Wunnava, and Manny Sanchez ran excellent races to bring home the title. Good luck to the guys as they go for the state title on Saturday. CONGRATULATIONS… to the Girls and Boys Cross Country teams for their performance at the Tri-County Championship JV race. Medallists were Lauren Colquitt, Morgan Nicora, Grace Young, Luke Hudson, Trevor Dormann, Victor Green, and freshman Myles Boerlin. Lastly, Derrell Manhertz won the conference JV championship (his 2nd such title in 2 weeks). Nice job Dragons!

CONGRATULATIONS…to the Girls and Boys Cross Country teams for their performances at the Tri-County Championships. Medallists, who finished in the top 20 in the conference, were Kaitlin Clark, Roisin Breen, Claudia Wells, Jasmine Childress, Ryan Magnus, freshman Noah Culbreath, and Jay Wunnava. Tom Cooke had a break-through race to win his first Tri-County Championship title, over a favored runner from Delsea, in a near-meet record time of 15 minutes 34 seconds for 3.1 miles.

CONGRATULATIONS…to the Cross Country teams for their fine performances at the South Jersey Freshman-Sophomore Championships. Medallists were Jaclyn Heineman, Courtney Scharer, Morgan Nicora, Grace Young, Myles Boerlin, Trevor Culbreath, Roisin Breen,
Nate DeSimone, and Victor Green. Noah Culbreath won the freshman race to earn a trophy. He also broke the freshman Gloucester County College course record. Nice job Dragons!

CONGRATULATIONS…to the Boys Cross Country team for their 25-30 win over Clearview, the 9th ranked team in South Jersey. Tom Cooke was the winner, in the final home race of his great career. Other scorers were Ryan Magnus, Jay Wunnava, Noah Culbreath, Joey Pickett, Manny Sanchez, and Luke Hudson. Nice job Dragons!

CONGRATULATIONS… to the unheralded Boys Cross Country team for their monstrous performance at the South Jersey Open, a race made up of most of the Group 4 schools in South Jersey. They took down the 3rd ranked team in South Jersey, Lenape, among many other top schools in South Jersey, to win the team title. Tom Cooke, Ryan Magnus, Noah Culbreath, Jay Wunnava, and Joey Pickett medaled for the Dragons. Way to shock South Jersey, Dragons!

CONGRATULATIONS… to the Boys Cross Country team for their 15-47 win over Cumberland. There was a 4-way tie for 1st between Tom Cooke, Ryan Magnus, Jay Wunnava, and freshman Noah Culbreath. The other scorers were Joey Pickett, Manny Sanchez, and Trevor Dormann.
